And each face contains a different and unique drawing, which reinforced with the word forms the contour of identity. Apart from the face or the mask-face, there is the mask-mask. This has two dimensions: that of research and that of representation. Under the painted, sculpted or engraved mask, man becomes aware of his place in the universe, sees his life and death inscribed in a collective drama and gives it meaning. They are a free invention of what could be the primitive art of these islanders. The Talayotic people created their villages and monuments with the large stones they found in the countryside. Enric Servera has created these characters, with a primitive air, with materials found on the shore of the sea of Menorca.
