This exhibition features a selection of works by artist Enric Servera, whose unifying link revolves around the sea and the coastal landscape. He uses the sea as a backdrop to investigate duality as a fundamental principle of existence, the meeting and fusion of opposites.

In the works, one senses, on the one hand, an essence of an abstract sea full of life, harmony and movement and on the other hand the absence of life and the uncertainty that, due to the human footprint, overexploitation, pollution and global warming, this medium may find itself in in the immediate future.

This play of polarities, fullness and emptiness, everything and nothing, positive and negative, good and evil, life and death serves as a reflection and conceptual paradox to represent who we are and how we act.
